- Ensures student safety and wellbeing on campus
- Follows and implements district policies
- Leads and supervises student affairs, discipline and behavior management
- Collaborates with teachers, counselors and parents to address student concerns
- Develops and implements programs to improve students' academic, social and emotional success
- Maintains positive relationships with community organizations, and resources that support students' growth
Requirements: Appropriate level license/endorsements and successful completion of all background checks.
Assistant Football Coach
- Assist in planning and leading practice sessions
- Assisting to create strategies to lead the team to victory in competitions
- Providing feedback and coaching during competitions
- Assisting in maintaining player and team records
- Mentoring players to develop sportsmanship and respect for the game
- Motivating players to improve
- Maintaining the equipment and facilities to ensure safe playing conditions
